We make registering easy for the user, lessening the calls and questions that come to you. The customer experience: On your website, they navigate to the camp listing page, branded to your camp’s website. By signing up for the program they want, they create a personal My Account. After providing basic camper information and answering your custom questions, they securely enter their credit card for payment, and click submit. Easy Peezy!

Access to their information later is a snap – they can log in at any time via their My Account to view registrations, add participants, update information and make a payment.

Accepting Participants: Using the Settings feature within the system, you determine if participants are manually or automatically accepted to your camp. Make Payments and Adjustments: With the click of a button you can process payments, make discount adjustments, receive checks, add additional items to their account, and issue refunds. Move or Copy Participants: It’s bound to happen, a parent contacts you to change their child’s registration. You’re covered. Change records in real time from within the participant’s registration.

You work hard for your money so you should have access to it when you need it. You will have your own private merchant account integrated within your system. Process a single credit card or thousands of credit cards, for a full amount due, deposits or balance dues and even select who to process by individual or program. From there the money goes right to your bank account within 48 hours, we never touch it!

As part of our commitment to provide safe and seamless processing, we’ve partnered with Payscape Advisors to provide you a secure solution including a gateway account through PCI/CISP certified Network Merchants Inc.
